May 7, 2020 A Special Notice was posted on beta.sam.gov that the U.S. Department of Energy is providing updated procurement schedule information on the Idaho Cleanup Project final Request for Proposal release.  Any questions and/or comments related to this announcement should be submitted to Tamara Miles, EMCBC Procurement Director, at the following email address: EMProcurementNews@emcbc.doe.gov.

March 11, 2020 The Documents Library has been updated with additional information.

March 3, 2020 Documents from the ICP Pre-Solicitation Conference and Site Tour have been posted to the "Pre-Solicitation Conference and Site Tour" tab. This includes the ICP Pre-Solicitation Conference presentation slides, ICP site tour script and handouts, video links to information presented on the site tour, as well as the industry registration listing for the various ICP pre-solicitation conference activities.

In addition, the Community Day presentation slides and community registration listing have been posted to the "Pre-Solicitation Conference and Site Tour" tab.

February 11, 2020 The Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) has been posted to the Draft RFP tab for review. Also, the Pre-Solicitation Conference, Site Tour & Industry One-on-One Sessions for the ICP Procurement are scheduled for February 25 – 28, 2020. Please see the Pre-Solicitation Conference and Site Tour tab for specific registration information. Additionally, documents have been added to the Documents Library tab.

December 11, 2019 A synopsis was posted on beta.sam.gov to provide notice that within 15 to 45 days the DOE EMCBC intends to issue a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), 89303319REM000034, for the Idaho Cleanup Project.  DOE intends to conduct a pre-solicitation conference, site tour and industry one-on-one sessions; DOE has tentatively scheduled these activities to be held in the January-February 2020 timeframe.

April 29, 2019 The due date for the second sources sought posted April 10, 2019 has been extended to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 8, 2019.

FedBizOpps Posting

April 10, 2019 DOE released a second Sources Sought notice on FedBizOpps for the Idaho Cleanup Project (ICP). This Sources Sought notice is for small businesses only. Interested small businesses are hereby invited to submit a capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability to perform all or some of the Government’s requirements for the (1) Spent Nuclear Fuel (SNF) Operations and Management; (2) SNF Disposition; and (3) Facility Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) elements of scope. Only electronic copies of capability statements will be accepted and should be emailed to ICP@emcbc.doe.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 1, 2019.
