The completed Non-Disclosure for Access to Department of Energy TCC Solicitation Controlled Unclassified Information Form will be reviewed by DOE, and a determination will be made whether to provide access to the Controlled Unclassified documents to the interested party. An explanation will be given to the interested party if the request is denied. The Non-Disclosure for Access to Department of Energy TCC Solicitation Controlled Unclassified Information Form shall be completed in its entirety and signed by an appropriate officer of the organization with authority to legally commit and bind the organization. The form can be downloaded from this webpage via the link above.
Each interested organization may be initially authorized up to two individuals who can access the Controlled Unclassified documents. However, DOE may grant access to additional personnel within the company on a case by case basis if there is a valid need to know. Access is limited to view only; these documents cannot be downloaded, saved, or printed.
