Reverse Industry Day
EM is hosting a virtual Reverse Industry Day (RID) on May 4, 2023, from 1:00-3:30pm ET. The purpose of the RID is to allow panels of industry personnel to provide information to the EM acquisition workforce through the eyes of industry, thereby educating agency officials on industry’s activities and considerations. While this is EM’s first RID, this event is a continuation of EM’s routine engagement with industry.
The RID is being co-hosted and facilitated by the Professional Services Council, who has successfully assisted agencies with numerous RIDs since 2015.
The RID will consist of two panel sessions during the event as follows: Session I - How Industry Decides to Bid / No Bid an Opportunity; and Session II - Doing Business with DOE EM – Issues and Perspectives Across the Procurement Lifecycle.
Additional information, to include registration instructions, can be found here on PSC’s DOE EM RID website. Note that registration for the RID will require creation of an account on the PSC website, but there is no cost for account creation, no cost to attend the RID, and the RID is open to PSC members, non-members, and Government personnel.
