An amended answer has been posted to question #89, and answers to all industry clarifying questions have been posted. Also, historical infrastructure equipment maintenance data has been posted to the Documents Library.
Amendment 005 to the Final RFP has been issued. No further amendments to the Final RFP are anticipated at this time.
Amended answers have been posted to questions #326 and 333 to allow for a limited reopening of the question and answer period for clarification of posted responses and amendments.

Amendment 003 to the Final RFP has been issued to clarify that the proposal due date remains December 5, 2014, as included in Amendment 001.

The Final RFP has been posted.
The Documents Library tab was updated to include additional reference documents. Also, the Requesting Sensitive Data tab was updated to include the listing of sensitive data and information.
DOE has posted a full update to the Draft RFP, with the exception of Section H. This update is a supplement to the updated Draft RFP files posted on 9/24/14. The updated Draft RFP files posted on 9/24/14 and 9/29/14 are NOT a formal request for proposal. Proposals are not being requested in response to the updated Draft RFP and will not be evaluated. A Final RFP will be released at a later date for which interested contractors may submit proposals. DOE will not respond to or post on the procurement website, any verbal or written questions or comments pertaining to the updated Draft RFP package. There shall not be any compensation for proposal preparation developed as a result of the updated Draft RFP package.
Pre-proposal conference briefing(s) and site tour(s) will be held during the week of October 13, 2014. Please see the Pre-Proposal Conference and Tour tab for details and registration information. Additionally, as an update to a previous item, DOE expects to release the Final RFP prior to the pre-proposal conference briefing(s) and site tour(s). Ahead of the Final RFP issuance, updated Draft RFP files have been posted under the Draft RFP tab, including Section B, Section C, and Section J, Attachment J-8.
Specific dates and logistics for the pre-proposal tour(s) are not yet confirmed; however, the tour(s) are tentatively scheduled for the week of October 6, 2014.
An updated Draft RFP Section B has been posted to reflect the revised periods of performance. DOE is not taking any further comments on the Draft RFP.
As a preliminary notice to industry, DOE expects that the contract terms will be revised in the Final RFP to reflect a three-year base period and a two-year option period.
DOE expects to release the Final RFP during September 2014.

Issuance of Draft Performance Work Statement
As a follow-up to the pre-solicitation notice posted on April 30, 2014, a courtesy copy of the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is being released through the procurement website in advance of the release of the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP). You are encouraged to review the Draft PWS prior to the release of the Draft RFP, and the subsequent pre-solicitation conference.
The dates and logistics for the pre-solicitation conference are not confirmed; however, it is tentatively scheduled for the week of June 16, 2014. Please be advised the DOE is NOT seeking comments on the Draft PWS at this time. Contractors will be given the opportunity to provide comments when the Draft RFP is released. It is expected that the Draft RFP will be released within 30 days.
