CENTRAL PLATEAU CLEANUP CONTRACT (CPCC)
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking a contractor for the Central Plateau Cleanup Contract (CPCC). The CPCC mission supports the goals and objectives of the Office of Environmental Management. The purpose of the CPCC is to conduct the safe, secure, compliant, and cost effective environmental cleanup of select portions of the Hanford Site. Critical scope covered under this contract includes services for the transition from the Plateau Remediation Contract (PRC) to the CPCC; management of site operations for Department of Energy Richland (DOE-RL) cleanup facilities; facility Deactivation, Decommissioning, Decontamination, and Demolition (D4) and waste site remediation; transuranic (TRU) waste management; Resource Conversation and Recovery Act (RCRA)/Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) decision documents to support cleanup actions associated with the Hanford Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order (Tri-Party Agreement) (TPA); underground waste storage tank closure; additional environmental cleanup tasks, and business core functions to support these efforts. The new contract resulting from this acquisition will replace the Plateau Remediation Contract (PRC), which will expire on September 30, 2019.
This procurement will be 100% full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562910, – Environmental Remediation Services, and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
