Notice to Potential Offerors

This website contains publicly releasable documents that can be viewed or downloaded by the user. There are additional documents which contain Unclassified Controlled Information (UCI) and are not available in the document library on this website. The UCI documents are listed in each section of this website with a notation and asterisk (*) indicating these documents to be UCI. An interested party may request UCI and a separate CD disk containing the UCI will be made available once the interested party has been cleared for access. If an interested party decides it is important to review these documents, a hard copy of the Non-Disclosure form and other information specified below must be submitted to the Contracting Officer at the address below.

Additionally, a pdf version of the Non-Disclosure form and other information specified below shall be submitted via e-mail to the Contracting Officer at barry.page@emcbc.doe.gov. Any comments or questions can be directed to the Contracting Officer at (513)246-0547.

The Non-Disclosure form will be reviewed by personnel from the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site, and a determination will be made whether to release the UCI. An explanation will be given to the interested party if the request is denied. The Non-Disclosure form must be filled out in its entirety and signed by an appropriate officer of the organization with authority to legally commit and bind the organization. In addition to completing the Non-Disclosure form, the following information must be separately included:

•Company or Organization Name

•State where incorporated

•DUNS Number

•Name of Point of Contact (POC)

•Title of POC

•POC mailing a ddress

•POC telephone number

•POC fax number

•POC email address

•Past Performance Information - Include recent government contract information with the agency name, contract number, contract value, brief description of the contract work scope, along with the names, telephone numbers, and email addresses of the cognizant government contracting officers, project managers, and contracting officer representatives.
