Questions and Answers

Prospective Offerors may submit inquiries pertaining to the final Request for Proposals (RFP) in writing by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, November 3, 2008, via the e-mail address at proforsrs@emcbc.doe.gov. DOE will post answers to all inquiries received on this web site and on the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) web site at http://doe-iips.pr.doe.gov. DOE will not consider any telephone inquiries.

The closing date for the receipt of inquiries pertaining to the draft RFP was Monday, July 14, 2008. Click on the links below to see the questions received in response to the draft RFP and DOE’s answers.
