Welcome to the United States Department of Energy (DOE) website for the Radioactive Waste Treatment and Bulk Survey for Release services acquisition.
The objectives of this procurement are to provide waste management services for DOE waste materials that are sent to commercial or DOE disposal facilities in the following categories:
· Treatment services for Mixed Low-Level Waste (MLLW) and Low-Level Waste (LLW)
· Bulk Survey For Release (BSFR) services in accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or Agreement State requirements
· Ancillary services that may be necessary to accomplish Treatment or BSFR, and DOE Order 5400.5 Authorized Release.
The Department encourages contractors, to the extent possible, to team and and/or provide small businesses the maximum practicable opportunity to compete for subcontracts.
