REAL PROPERTY

The Real Property Management team consists of three individuals that provide real estate support to the EM sites.

The work of the real property management team is directly related to the bottom line of a given project. The goal is to reduce the costs associated with the administration, leasing, disposition and acquisition by completing transactions in the most cost effective and efficient way, while adhering to Departmental and Federal guidelines on procurement. This is always accomplished with an eye toward excellent customer support.
