Jack R. Craig, Director
Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center
The mission of the Office of the Director is to lead, manage, and oversee all business, personnel, safety and environmental management aspects of the EMCBC and its supported sites.
Named to the post in October 2004, Jack Craig has successfully
guided the growth of the EMCBC from a conceptual stage to its present
organization of 153 employees.
Previously, Mr. Craig was the Deputy Manager of DOE’s Ohio Field
Office and Director of the Fernald Environmental Management Project.
Prior to joining DOE, he managed environmental projects at Department
of Defense facilities for General Dynamics Corporation. He also held
several positions with the Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, DC.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the
Ohio State University and has completed graduate studies at Virginia
Polytechnic Institute.
