Cost and Price Review

Contract Cost and Price staff support the overall mission and strategic plans of the Office of Contracting and client sites by performing activities and services such as:

  • Evaluate cost/price proposals, contract changes, Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs).
  • Prepare reports which consolidate the results of technical evaluations, DCAA audits, and other analysis of proposals, REAs and other cost-related submissions from contractors.
  • Assist contracting officer in establishing pre-negotiation pricing positions.
  • Perform analysis regarding potential payment of provisional incentive fee and performance based incentive payments.
  • Monitor contractor policies, procedures and practices for managing and controlling contract costs.
