Office of Contracting Policies and Administrative Support Team provides procurement direction by formulating plans, standards, operating procedures and guidelines related to the procurement and administrative management of the EMCBC and supported sites. The team is responsible for identifying, developing/implementing, and maintaining all systems required to support a geographically diverse mission. The team implements and monitors the Balanced Scorecard Program, the Small Business Program, and the Acquisition Career Development Program.
