Contractor Human Resources Management Administration

The Contractor Human Resources Management (CHRM) Team provides support of contractor human resources program issues for our client sites. Services include review of contractor pension, medical and other post-retirement benefit programs, contractor employee welfare programs, assistance in the development of contractor workforce transition programs, contractor labor relations, contractor labor standards and conduct the DOE Labor Standards Board, and contractor workplace substance abuse program issues in accordance with DOE Order 350.1.
The CHRM team has an active partnering relationship with the Contract Award and Administration Team throughout the entire contracting process from solicitation to negotiation to award, administration and closeout and provides support and consultation to ensure requirements and policies are adhered to. The CHRM team in support of the acquisition process reviewed solicitation requirements and provides review and comment on contractor CHRM deliverables including the initial submittals immediately following contract award through contract closeout.
