Termination Settlement with Reactive Metals Inc. (RMI) Titanium Company Signed
Issues Between DOE and Landowner Resolved

The settlement agreement with RMI Titanium Company was signed by Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) and RMI 
on November 21, 2005. The agreement resolves all outstanding issues between Department of Energy (DOE) and the landowner at the Ashtabula Closure Project. The agreement also provides unrestricted site access to the DOE EM Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) task order contractor allowing for completion of the project. Project completion is scheduled for Autumn, 2006.
