Requesting Sensitive Data

This website contains publicly releasable documents that can be viewed or downloaded by the user. There are additional documents that are Unclassified Controlled Information (UCI). These documents are marked with Official Use Only (OUO), or Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information (UCNI), or Export Controlled Information (ECI) and they are available on an encrypted CD upon request.

To obtain these sensitive documents, an interested party must submit a completed Non-Disclosure Agreement for Access to Department of Energy WIPP Management and Operations (M&O) Sensitive Information form and be cleared by the Government. Interested parties should submit an electronic version of the Non-Disclosure Agreement for Access to Department of Energy WIPP M&O Sensitive Information form via e-mail to wippmo@emcbc.doe.gov. The Non-Disclosure Agreement for Access to Department of Energy WIPP M&O Sensitive Information form shall be completed in its entirety and signed by an appropriate officer of the organization with authority to legally commit and bind the organization.
