The proposed acquisition is to support the ongoing EM mission involving the former Rocky Flats site by procuring the services required for continued maintenance of classified and litigation related information. These services consist of timely efficient Records and Information Management services, security services, (declassification/declassification services), facility management and classified scanning services for records contained in Denver Federal Center building 55 in Lakewood, Colorado. This soliciation will be conducted as an 8(a) set-aside for one (1) base year with four (4), one (1) year option years. To be eligiable the contractor must meet the following Key Performance Parameters:

• The contractor and any sub contractors shall have and maintain a current “favorable” Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) determination;

• The contractor and sub contractors shall have and maintain a current a facility clearance at the Secret Restricted Data level;

• All personnel assigned to work in DFC Building 55 shall have and maintain a DOE Q access authorization;

• Individuals assigned to work on Task 3A and Task 3B (Classifier/declassifier) shall have relevant "Rocky Flats operational knowledge" that would enable them to properly identify data that is subject to classification/declassification activities;
