PORTSMOUTH GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT DECONTAMINATION & DECOMMISSIONING PROJECT SOLICITATION

The objective of this acquisition is for the Decontamination & Decommissioning (D&D) of the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (GDP), as it transitions from Cold Shutdown to the D&D Project.  

The anticipated proposed scope includes:

•Overall D&D planning, project management, integration, and execution responsibilities including:

- Environmental investigation, characterization and remediation
- Waste management planning and disposition
- S&M, D&D and remediation of approximately 40 initial facilities, including one large process building (X-333)
- Management and disposition of DOE nuclear materials
- Regulator and stakeholder involvement
- Remediation of soils and groundwater
 

NOTE: Amendments 003, 004, and 005 have been re-posted with the effective date in Block 3. Offerors can use these new documents, previously posted (undated) versions, or other methods identified in Block 11 of the Amendment form to acknowledge amendments in accordance with RFP instructions.
