Prospective Offerors may submit inquiries pertaining to the Request for Proposals (RFP) in writing by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, March 20, 2009, via the e-mail address at orp@emcbc.doe.gov. DOE will post answers to all inquiries received on this web site and on the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) web site at http://doe-iips.pr.doe.gov. DOE will not consider any telephone inquiries.
